At this time we are only shipping within the United States.
Most items are shipped 3-5 business days via USPS. Your patience would be greatly appreciated as I am only one person managing, packaging and shipping all of the items. Once shipped, arrival time depends on location of the delivery and other postal service factors Cristal's Art cannot account for. Cristal's Art is also not responsible for any stolen packages, please be sure you submit a safe delivery address and communicate with your local carrier about any specific delivery requests. Once an item shows as delivered we are unable to acquire additional information in most cases and are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
In addition, the customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to Cristal's Art due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. Please email me directly and as soon as possible if you notice you entered the wrong address.
If you would like to receive a package ASAP, please send Cristal's Art a direct email (at firstname.lastname@example.org). We can also include a signature confirmation for the package.
All sales on Cristal's Art are final!
Please remember that Cristal's Art is a small business and thus does not accept returns or exchanges. All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on the listings, please make sure to read them over before making your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed to the USPS, it is out of our hands/control and the post office is responsible for it. If you have questions as to the location of your package you will need to contact your local post office as soon as possible.
